Hello! I’m Vicki Bell. I’m a freelance Illustrator and Web Designer from the North East of England. I am originally from Hartlepool, at 18 I moved to Newcastle to study a course in Animation and Illustration which I graduated in spring 2010. I also hold a ND in Design that I studied at HCFE in my home town, From this course I received student of the year and special recognition from my tutor.
