We don't want to offend you for this, however, to make it clear, let me clarify some points. --- 1. Poor communication & Low quality of design— I responded to your message on both 99design & Skype. Well, we believe that assessing quality is a subjective matter. However, we always follow up and resolve your feedback till finished until you say or give a sign that the result was okay/good 🙂. https://ibb.co.com/yS2TxT0 --- 2. Minimum changes needed to close the project ASAP— We did all the work as best as we could and always followed your instructions and feedback. --- 3. $1,000 USD I was expecting a bit more than a basic design service.— The contest prize/cost is $467, not $1000 as you can see here https://99designs.com/landing-page-design/contests/design-modern-landing-page-existing-medical-clinic-website-1290437/entries .
