The jazz trumpet as a catalyst, the brush strokes as the music connecting every element, the Italian flag colors for the location, and the picture, a subtle yet central focus point. The typography, rough, imposing, interacts with the other elements reinforcing the message; “Looking for” lies behind the strokes, while the name gains relevance, in front of everything, vertically centered.")

On the back, the stain appears alone. On the cover, opposing representations of the same man. The stain, growing in shape and strength, moves through the composition, becoming a part of him.
The title placement relates to the way they connect, while the author name is located where most of the horror takes place.")

The back side maintains the same principles; black and white for a clear, sophisticated tone, and a single image, visually aligned with the text columns, so as to create two main focus points: the image, and the logo.")

Separate stories, lives, paths, represented by each vine; similar in many ways (shape and form of the stem) yet different (flower color and shapes). These paths may start from different places, sometimes moving parallel to each other, sometimes crossing each other, but they’re always connected, going towards the same place, one holding the other, helping the other.
The title complements that idea, and the fact that we don’t see the beginning nor the end of either element, hints at that ever-present concept. The white space is used in order to draw focus where is intended: firstly, to the colored elements (the most important part of the story), then to the title, the tagline, and the author. The typography follows the same principle, being modern yet subtle enough not to compete with the aforementioned hierarchy.")

I worked for several years as a website designer, and ever since I’ve been working freelance in my spare time. Lately, I've been focusing on further developing my skill sets, so I can dedicate more time to projects that I enjoy, instead of doing so only when I can spare the time.
I like the creative process behind finding an appropriate composition to represent an idea, a story, and not simply a visual representation of a concept.
Currently pursuing a degree in visual communication design.
