The company is the brainchild of Camilla Ainsworth, the runner up in the 2018 series of BBC’s The Apprentice. Both Camilla, M+LKPLUS and their products have been widely acclaimed by leading industry experts and renowned business tycoons, and can now be found in multiple high profile stores around the UK.
As M+LKPLUS transitioned from being a local service to a national operation, I worked with Camilla to refine the M+LKPLUS brand, design their eye catching packaging, and create a memorable, conversion optimised online store for distance selling of their products.
Sass and nut puns bring the brand personality to life throughout the website, with M+LKPLUS products and crafted copy thoughtfully laid out in an ultra modern, simple design.

We worked together to create a brand identity and website which reflected Lucy’s love for her instrument, and her passion for modern composers and performance techniques.
Lucy’s diversified offering came with a unique challenge of how to present information to a wide range of potential clients. From orchestral directors, to brides-to-be, to TV casting directors, to possible collaborators, Lucy’s website needed to be an enjoyable and informative experience for all potential audiences.
We mapped out a clear user flow and content journey for each type of client, and ensured a delightful experience with easy to understand navigation, compelling copy, and clear calls to action… all in line with Lucy’s distinctive, light and airy brand identity.")

Focused on the success and wellbeing of her clients, Rosie's new website needed to showcase her work in the best possible light, detail her unique expertise and offering, and give prospective clients an easy way to get in touch... all in a fun, enjoyable, on-brand user experience.
Focused on growing her email list, and providing valuable resources to subscribers, I set up a password protected section of the website for Rosie’s resources. Following atomic design principles, I made consistent use of typography, colour and spacing throughout the website.
With Rosie’s prospective clients likely to be curious, on the brink of change, and seeking validation, the Healthy Selfish website reassures, addresses common questions and showcases Rosie’s offering in the best possible light.")

As they looked to modernise their business, they needed a new website which showcased their unique family history, experience and expertise producing dairy products.
Before starting on the website design, I sat down with the Simpsons family to map out the content journey, as well as doing a photo shoot at their farm to capture authentic images for use on the website.
Within less than a week, the site had generated enough custom to cover their initial investment in a new website… proof that a striking new website can work wonders for you and your business.")

After meeting with the team and brainstorming ideas, I wrote the content for the website in a tone which is informative, welcoming and quirky – with an aim to make the user smile and to have a little fun along the way. The vehicles were personified and words related to driving and journeys were incorporated throughout.
Following atomic design principles, the website uses consistent typographic and button styles to ensure ease-of-use and clarity for the user. Colours and typefaces were carefully chosen to maximise legibility, and to create a recognisable brand image.
With their previous website and emails hosted on an old server, I helped the client to navigate what could have been a potentially daunting and overwhelming transfer to a new cloud based hosting platform. Following a structured plan of action, the website was moved over with no fuss or downtime.")

The non-profit organisation were ready to take their charity to the next level with a new brand identity and website which showcased their unique cross fit programme, mental health and empowerment initiatives.
I worked with The 180 Project team to design a versatile and vibrant identity, alongside a colourful website and brand message. At the beginning of the design process, we mapped out the various types of people who may visit The 180 Project website, and ensured a simple journey no matter what the user is looking for.
Engaging photos and videos are used throughout the site to tell The 180 Project’s unique story, and help to spread their message to a wider audience in a simple, informative and encouraging way.")
