Since HQ Trivia was already a success at that time there was no need to reinvent the wheel as UX, just to design a different “personality” for the product.
In the first phase we took part in some discovery workshops with the client, where we tried to better understand the product goal and the go to market strategy.
After a couple of iterations, and in collaboration with the internal team, we came up with the current concept, which was more in line with the purpose and target audience by it’s gamified look and feel.")

Initially there were kickoff meetings and product discovery workshops held by the product strategist which determined the general path of the product, low fidelity user flows and the business strategy.
Creating a product from scratch meant figuring out detailed user flows and creating wireframes, the brand identity and the interface for both client and business apps.")

The team for this project was pretty small, but together with the client, who had strong experience in this market, we were able to create an easy to use product, with a lot of functionalities that were missing in other apps.
My role as a product designer was to understand the technical needs, research and create the UX and UI flows.")
