After realizing the collapse was due to the immense amount of stress the board decides to send him to a small village by the beach, where he meets the most unexpected character, a saxophonist that will come to the village every now and then, but besides playing some beautiful music, that would make people cry, he also told the most amazing stories, and extracted the greatest leadership principles out of those stories. Our main character would go back to his hotel room and meditate in the principles shared by the storyteller, and write them down in his little red diary, where he not only write down the principles thought by the storyteller, but also add some of his own conclusions. Once you listen to the storyteller you will never be the same, he will expand your capacity to think and will help you grow.")
