It is very recognizable itself and it gives a handful of possible uses of the mark. One of the oldest iterations of the original logo used the shield shape, so it is an hommage in a way to the tradition which this hotel has.

It was inspiring to work on logo for a company with this type of a name and I created a series of variations for a \"3M\" logo.
