I felt that utilizing South Carolina imagery might be too on the nose, so I decided to challenge myself to stray from those concepts. I created my design with the intent of using the negative space within the letterform of a 'C' to create a 'droplet' icon. This icon is intended to feel refreshing and clean in combination with the cool blues in the color palate - this is also reminiscent of the ocean, as Hilton Head Island is on the East Coast. The interior of the \"C\" is also intended to appear as a protective coating over the droplet icon, hinting at the properties of sanitizing liquids and sanitization.")
