99designs website was very easy to use. We got lot's of designers sending in their ideas, taking part of the contest. This was inspirational and gave us a wide variety of designs to choose from. The website had a clear structure and timeline by which a project runs. Very happy that we chose 99designs.

The support staff were accessible in re-directing the design contest I had when we had some challenges in communication between myself and the designer. Both the support staff and designer were very open to direction and addressed the concerns that I had.
