This is a great product, with good customer service people to support it. Very impressive. It's so much more productive and cost-effective to get graphic design work done through 99designs. The value that I derived from holding my contest on 99designs would have cost 10 times as much from a stand-alone designers, or a local firm.

This was a great process from start to finish. I especially liked the live chat feature with your help consultants, they all deserve a pat on the back---WELL DONE. It was not only efficient to use this process, but I actually found it quite fun to log on my computer and know that each time there was going to be more designs for me to view.
