99designs has been a great find for our company! We have had logos, pages, ads all designed by their designers. Normally you would pay for 2 or 3 choices from one artist. This way you have a large number of ideas from many artists. Each time one of them takes us in a direction we were not expecting and loved. I would highly recommend this site!
