Very pleased with the end result.

The support staff were accessible in re-directing the design contest I had when we had some challenges in communication between myself and the designer. Both the support staff and designer were very open to direction and addressed the concerns that I had.

99Designs is your best bet to a great design done fast but professionally. You know exactly what is expected of the designers, and the feedback/iteration process is straight forward so there are no miscommunications. I have met several tremendously valuable designers who were personally a pleasure working with too.

Use this site! tons of different ideas outside, non-bias designs. Great communication.

Our designer was great and the process was easy. The company shepherds you through the process so you don't overthink it as the submission flood in. The interface with designers is not complex and just works well.
