I heard about 99Designs at a Cloud conference and gave it a try. Really great support as my brief needed refining, they contacted me and made suggestions. Really on top of contest activity. Email notices were great. Loved the whole experience, well done 99designs. Will definitely use 99designs again.

The "trick" to achieving it was – as with so many things in life – you'll get back in proportion to what you're willing to put in. And to make that happen requires great customer support as well: This is one of the best customer support teams I've come across in a +20 year career. We got a great result.
