First time user and found the website to be very user friendly and intuitive. I was worried at first because I wasn't getting many designs until closer to the end of my contest. My guess is they want to see other submissions first. I liked that most designers were responsive and replied quickly to feedback even if there was a 12 hour time difference and most were (I'm in the US). I didn't quite understand how the guaranteed money worked and this could've been better explained in the contest setup. In the end I had some high quality design submissions for my logo and business card contest and as a former brand manager for a 120,000+ employee organization-- I can be pretty critical. Will use them again in the future and most likely work with the designer that won.

We now have a great logo with lots of excellent entries. The entire process was very well layed out, lots of interaction with designers. Definitely plan on returning for some product branding logos!

Nice getting a lot of designs. The drawback is that the designers do not get a deeper understanding of your brand.

i actually had fun doing this, i had a vision of what i wanted and working with your artist was great. it was like they sat and waited for my changes and within hours more for me to look at. before you go to some big marketing firm $$$ for a logo, check these guys out. Product : better than what i had thought of, i will be back..
