I find 99designs to be an excellent way of developing a logo. I have now used the process 3 times and always been very happy. It is a much better process than working with 2 or 3 local designers like I used to. You get much better diversity of talent. I also find it a convenient work method - it is time efficient for me to review designs on-line when I have time.
