This is the first time I have ever used 99designs. The process was well laid out. I received many options from many artists thus I had a lot of replies. Excellent support via email when I ran into a problem I created myself by adding additional requests to my original logo idea. Support was outstanding and very timely. I would recommend 99designs to anyone and everyone.
