Great design options. Many more designs and options than originally anticipated. Timely help with questions in the chat process. Designers were easy to work with and were timely in their responses to requests for updated versions of, or changes to, their original designs. For a first time user of 99designs, this was a satisfying personal experience from beginning to end. And fun too.
