It's great! Just some small issues with policy, but in general great.

We are very pleased with our contest. We got a great look from a great designer and were able to go right into production. No long wait, we had complete control over the direction of our project, and we have full ownership of the final design. You just can't get that done anywhere else. Best experience I have ever had with a designer, hands down. We will definitely use 99 designs again.

Great service exceeded my expectations

We have used 99designs 3 times over the past year. We find great designers and the contest option is a great way to find the perfect design. We already are working on using 99designs again.

I have used 99 Designs twice now, once for a logo and once for packaging design. On both occasions I was extremely happy with the quality of the work submitted and how easy it was to do. Working with designers on 99 designs is one part of my job that I actually look forward to. Its great fun!

Overall a good experience and ended up with a packaging design that I can move forward with. I find the 99 designs approach much quicker and easier to get to the end point than it would be if I engaged and worked with a local graphic designer. Will use again.
